WEB DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION

A well-planned strategy will establish the immediate and long-term requirements of the site.  Our web design will always factor in the longer-term requirements.  This helps to avoid expensive rebuilds as the business develops.

The process is simple; we produce digital mock-ups of the site for discussion, amendment and finally, approval.  All of our sites use CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) layouts making amendments easy to execute when required.  During this process, we will also agree site navigation, button devices, page content and any other aspect that affects the visual appearance of the site.  We then assist with the generation of web-optimised copy for all text within the web site.  See ‘Site Optimisation’.

Every site is built to current W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) compliance guidelines ensuring your site is acceptable to all search engines, but more importantly, that it complies to legal requirements.  In addition, we consult with you during every stage of the development to ensure that your expectations are realised.

During construction, we input all tags, descriptions and titles required to fully optimise the site.  Please note this alone will not optimise the site but they are elements that will be required when you come to do so.  Please see ‘Site Optimisation’.

On completion of the construction we undertake extensive browser, platform and user testing to ensure the site works on all major browsers and platforms and that users find it easy to use and navigate.
