RSS FEEDS

RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a method of distributing news and information about the company and its activities.  The BBC use RSS feeds extensively on their web site and you can get a full description of how they work at

Very simply, you upload a news headline via an RSS feeder programme, these can be downloaded from various sources such as Feeder at

http://reinventedsoftware.com/feeder/

This headline is then linked back to a page on your web site with the relevant news article.  The benefit of this system is that the viewer can add your RSS feed to their Feed Reader and they receive an alert when a new headline becomes available.  Feed Readers are commonly available free of charge see at
